Hi All,
This is request from my end. I want suggestions from “YOU” as to how to make “Our blog” a popular one. I did run a contest to popularise it but it was not a good idea. I failed miserably.
I need suggestions badly and please help me to make the blog popular. I am trying hard to let people know about it but I dont think I am targetting the right kind of people.
Anantha had suggested that I should write good articles and that should be good enough, honestly I dont know whether the articles are good or not. I would appreciate if you can tell me “YOUR” honest opinion.
Thanks in advance. Please leave your suggestions in the comments. I will be more than happy to make the changes as per your suggestion.
Sincerely,
Saravanan.

I wish all the Indians around the world a Very Happy Independence Day. Today India celebrates her 63rd Independence Day and I am very proud about it. I know many people around the world have some hatred towards India but the truth is, India is the only country in the world which has never invaded. We are the leaders in everything and we will be super power.
Proud to be INDIAN.
Jai Hind.

A funny one.. Recently I stumbled upon this and I thought I will share the same with you. Sorry for not giving the credits to the original author as it was a forward to me.
1. MARKETING You are ambitious yet stupid. You chose a marketing degree to avoid having to study in college, concentrating instead on drinking and socializing which is pretty much what your job responsibilities are now. Least compatible with Sales.
2. SALES Laziest of all signs, often referred to as “marketing without a degree.” You are also self-centered and paranoid. Unless someone calls you and begs you to take their money, you like to avoid contact with customers so you can “concentrate on the big picture.” You seek admiration for your golf game throughout your life. TATA Sons are the biggest business barons in India. But they are not in the list of Forbes billionaires list. I am surprised about this finding of mine. I was looking into the Forbes Billionaires list the other day and the best of business barons were in the list. Most of them made piles of money with their Technology business and rest of them inherited. TATA is the biggest brand and most trusted brand in India. They were into business from a very long time. It was a mail sent to me by my friend. Thought of sharing it.
*****
Its written by a Satyam employee:
At a time when almost 90% of my Satyam friends are cribbing about the fraud and betrayal by Ramalinga Raju, I have a slightly different opinion. It’s bold of me to write this in black and white but this comes straight from my heart and experience.
Let me start by quoting an example of 2006. Most of my friends were unemployed with 50-60% plus marks in BTech, with a degree from an average University and hunting madly for a job. Whether people accept it today or not but the truth remains that Satyam was the ONLY saviour and the only mass recruiter who was ready to accept students who had back logs but had cleared them and also it did not put a very strict minimum marks criterion. And this was true not only for my small college at Lucknow but also those across India . Satyam is the fourth largest in IT in India. Looking at India’s population I really want to thank Raju for giving some 54000 Indians jobs atleast for all these years . He was the reason for the revival of confidence and the reason for the bread and butter for many a families. Continue reading »
